Terms and conditions

Our services are governed exclusively by the current version of the German Transporters’ Standard Terms of Business (ADSp). Clause 23 of these Terms generally limits the carrier’s liability for loss or damage to 5 Euro per kilogram of the gross shipment weight. A limit of 2 special drawing rights applies to any transportation contract which includes more than one mode of transport as well as in the event of substantial damage.
